Please Note:
A.      1st November, 2022- Learners are requested to join the Google Meet Link at the stipulated time and enter their Name, Programme, Enrolment number and mention their grievance in the chat box.  The Regional Centre will accept grievances till 01.00 pm. The learners are requested to keep their mic muted until representative from the Regional Centre, Kolkata / Raghunathganj asks them to mention their grievance. Regional Centre, Kolkata / Raghunathganj will try to address all the grievances within the limited time. However, if some of the queries are left unanswered , the learners are requested to visit Regional Centre on the next day.
 
B.      2nd November, 2022- Learners are requested to visit Regional Centre Raghunathganj at the stipulated time and wait for their turn to meet one to one with the representative from Regional Centre, Raghunathganj. The Regional Centre, Raghunathganj will try to resolve their grievances on the spot.
 
C.      3rd November, 2022- RC will invite some our significant Almuni’s  to share their experiences and give feedback to strengthen the Student Support Services and minimize the grievances. Learners may also join the meeting and give their suggestions in the chat box.
